Come and get a taste of CrossFit - you'll join in a regular class, with the bonus of a 1-2-1 coach.

2. Mum & Baby - 10 session pack
This is our 10 session pack for our Mum & Baby classes only. The classes run every Monday & Friday 09.30-10.30am.

The pack is for 10 sessions and the sessions expire after 12 weeks, so you have the flexibility and peace of mind that if your child is poorly or you have other prior commitments that you can miss up to 2 sessions out of the 12 week block without having to pay for them.

This is our 5 session pack for our Mum & Baby classes only.
